The color of Kabkab dates is yellow in the prickly stage and light brown and burnt brown in the moist stage, and it turns dark brown when fully ripe. Its consumption is mostly in moist and dates. Oval fruit weighing about 15 grams with a semi-dry texture of light yellow color, the thickness of the shell is thick. Khark ripens in the beginning of August, but the harvest of its fully ripe fruit (dates) starts in the middle of September and continues until the middle of October.
